the room offered a balcony where i enjoyed city views and glimpses of marina bay sands i found the staff very attentive making my time special the breakfast had a wide choice of foods ensuring each morning began perfectly the complimentary juice by the pool was a lovely touch making relaxation even easier
the lobby felt busy at times almost like a transit hub it lacked quiet corners for peaceful relaxation i wished for more intimate spaces within this grand building

Really good Service and Fine Building

The collection service from the airport was efficient. The entrance to the hotel was excellent. I was given a room upgrade because it was our anniversary. The breakfast selection included many options. I could barely try everything in three visits.

Underwhelming Stay. at a Historic Hotel

The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. It felt more like a school canteen than a luxurious hotel. Getting a second cup of coffee was like an ordeal. Staff seemed more focused on clearing tables than assisting guests. I also found the lack of attention to detail frustrating.

i felt pampered throughout my stay, this building has very nice architecture! my room had a balcony where i could see the beautiful light show, a memory i will keep forever! the bed was comfortable and i sank into a peaceful slumber each night. the staff were pleasant.
The breakfast area could get quite busy. This slightly diminished the otherwise perfect experience.

The hotel's location is very convenient! It is near city sites. Breakfast had a wide selection. It offered something for everyone. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Especially the concierge team. They helped me plan my itinerary before my trip.
The room lacked drawer space. There was no comfortable chair! there was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Public spaces lacked character.
